John qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 after some initial training in Leicester and subsequently London.
Since 2008, John has centred his practice on London, Exeter and the South West of England, and he is experienced in the full range of Building Surveying services but has specialised in all aspects of property management and in particular, dilapidations. Pre-acquisition surveys, both commercial and residential, have been undertaken on a vast range of property types.
